I give it 5 stars for what you get for the money. Though the video is not HD, it is certainly as good as an antenna, analog TV. As well as tuning TV, you also get a way to hook in your DVD player AND your PC monitor port into this device and pick which one you want on your monitor. For the price, I believe it is an excellent value. I'd like to give it more than 5 stars.

The item arrived very quickly and was exactly as promised. It was easy to connect and easy to use. The tuner worked well and it served our needs perfectly.

I bought this item to use my ps2 on my monitor. I had many problems with this item from the first day, such as:
Remote control did not work with brand new battery they provided.
The screen was not centered up on my monitor, it is still not.
There was no color for a while, but then all of a sudden it became color.
Screen is blurry.
It functions fine, and does its job. But I have regrets not investing a little more bucks and getting a HD tuner with an actual "brand".
(This item's brand is "Made In China").
If you're tight on budget and just trying to hook up your ps2, get it.
If you have xbox 360/ps3 or want to watch high quality TV, think again.

I was a bit disappointed by this product. I am presently deployed overseas and had hopped to turn a computer monitor into a tv for my living quarters. When the unit arrived I hooked it up to the cable in my room and to the monitor but had no sucess. The best picture I could get was in black and white with a ton of static interference and no sound.
The directions were poor at best, barely in English and not to clear. The Trouble Shooting section did mention that a week cable signal could be the culpret. I have no trouble with the signal for the little CRT tv I have but who knows. I will give it one more chance once I get back to the U.S. and can try it there.

The tuner worked as described. It was easy to hook up and the remote works well.
